Brees ties Saints mark with 6 TD passes (AP)

Drew Brees' sixth touchdown pass against the Detroit Lions on Sunday tied for the most scoring passes ever by a Saints player in one game.

The franchise-record tying score was a 13-yard completion to fullback Heath Evans with 8:29 left in the game, giving the Saints a 45-27 lead.

Billy Kilmer threw for six touchdowns on Nov.
