To say that the Chicago Bears are a mess it somewhat of an understatement. Following the 2008 season Head Coach Lovie Smith fired his Defensive coaches in an effort to save his own job, and following the 2009 season he fired the offensive coaches, again in an effort to save his own job.
Now the team has fired its Director of Pro Personnel, Booby DePaul, who has been with the team for nine seasons.
