Chiefs' Cassel improving, could start vs. Raiders

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Matt Cassel appeared to be running more briskly in practice Wednesday morning, creating hope that Kansas City's No. 1 quarterback might start on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
