Yes, there are no moral victories in the NFL. Yes, the bar is not high, and by even writing this I am throwing the bar away, but Sunday's Detroit Lions loss to the Arizona Cardinals felt different somehow.

It didn't feel as bad, in fact there were even a few signs of hope in the 12th loss of the season.
