Do the Lightning need to trade Vincent Lecavalier?

Vincent Lecavalier is the Captain of the Tampa Bay Lightning, more than that he is the face of that franchise.

Really he has been the face of the Bolts since he was a teenager. However given his high cap number, and the amount of money left on his deal, is it time for the Lightning to try and move him?
