Favre further erodes his legacy

Brett Favre put all the rumors to rest today and signed a contract with the Minnesota Vikings. He will be the Vikings starter, and this probably makes the Vikings a much better football team.

However this is a move not without risk, because no matter what Favre once was, today he is a 40 year old QB with a partially torn rotator cuff.

He flamed out last season with the New York Jets, and he has signed with the Vikings...
