FIFA president discusses technology in soccer

"At the 124th Annual General meeting of the International Football Association Board in Zurich on 6 March 2010, which, as is the case with every FIFA World Cup year, was chaired by myself on behalf of FIFA, the IFAB decided not to implement technology in football.
