Celtic have signed Cardiff defender Adam Matthews on a pre-contract agreement. The 19-year-old's four-year deal will begin on July 1.

Speaking ahead of Sunday's Clydesdale Bank Premier League clash with Motherwell at Fir Park, Celtic manager Neil Lennon said: "He's a talented young player."
