Feds, scientists share concerns with spring pulse

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service have told a Missouri River committee that they agree with a report that is critical of the so-called "spring pulse." Officials with the federal agencies spoke to the Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee during its quarterly meeting this past week in Kansas City.


 

Feds look out for bald eagles in Ohio
