The NCAA's decision to delay suspensions for Terrelle Pryor, Dan Herron and DeVier Posey played a major role in No. 6 Ohio State jumping out to a 28-10 halftime lead over eighth-ranked Arkansas in the Sugar Bowl on Tuesday night.

Pryor passed for 203 yards and two touchdowns, including a 43-yarder to Posey late in the second quarter, and Herron rushed for a score from 9 yards out.

Dan "Boom" Herron can't remember much about his first career start at tailback for Ohio State in the huge showdown at Southern California last year.

He can't recall specific plays, touchdowns or tackles, but he does remember the score: a 35-3 bruise on the Buckeyes' national reputation.
