Leander Paes and Radek Stepanek upset Bob and Mike Bryan 7-6 6-2 to win the Australian Open doubles title on Saturday and foil the American twins' bid for a record 12th grand slam crown.

Leander Paes and Cara Black won the Australian Open mixed doubles title, beating Ekaterina Makarova and Jaroslav Levinsky 7-5, 6-3.

Laes led the top-seeded pair Sunday with a dominant presence at the net and quick footwork.
