Authorities say a teenager drowned in a boating accident in Jackson Parish. Capt. Alan Bankston with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries said two teenage boys were riding on a paddle boat in a small private pond near Eros Monday night when the paddle boat capsized.
