Developers of a new NFL stadium in Los Angeles, California want to bring either the 2018 or 2022 World Cup to southern California, according to the Associated Press.A Majestic Realty Co.

There will be a NFL stadium in Los Angeles within a few years, and they will attract NFL teams looking for new digs.

With that being said it looks like the San Diego Chargers, and the St. Louis Rams are the leading contenders to move to relocate to Los Angeles.

It makes a lot of sense in a lot of different ways, both teams have roots in the city of Angels and both are either for sale or having difficulties getting new stadiums built in their current cities.

Majestic Realty Company, the company behind the new NFL stadium being built in the City of Industry, California (a city 25 miles east of Los Angeles) has set it sights on the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Buffalo Bills as the two teams it will attempt to lure to the new stadium.

This new project seems convinced that it has an attractive enough facility to lure two teams to play in it.

While it seems a little weir that the Oakland Raiders aren't among the top team being contacted about the new facilities, even though they are one of several teams being considered.

It is not news that the City of Los Angeles is building its very own NFL Stadium; it is also not news that this venture is looking for a NFL team to relocate there.

It is also not news that the Jacksonville Jaguars have had a host of attendance problems, mostly due to that area of Florida being devastated by the collapse in the housing market.

Jacksonville may also have another problem, there NFL market may be tapped out, and the NFL may see more value in having that franchise in Los Angeles, than in Florida.

So maybe it isn't exactly Los Angeles proper, but the City of Industry is getting closer and closer to building its own NFL style stadium.

This city sits around 15 miles east of Los Angeles, and cleared one of the few remaining hurdles to go ahead with the construction of its NFL venue.

The City of Industry City Council approved a deal this week to settle a lawsuit with a neighboring city about the construction of the new venue.
