NFL, player's union trade proposals on rookie salary cap

There is going to be a NFL Rookie pay scale in the very near future. In fact both sides are using this issue to force some sort of labor peace for the foreseeable future.

It should be made clear that both sides are talking about a rookie salary cap to be implemented in time for this April's NFL Draft.
