Phils Beat Tampa Bay 4-3

There is pandemonium in south Philadelphia, all the way down Broad Street to City Hall and in other parts of the city following the Phils World Series victory at Citizen's Bank Park.

The Phils beat Tampa Bay 4-3 after resuming game 5, which was suspended Monday night because of weather.
